Thank you for using Yuki Tsunoda Official Shop. If you wish to make a return, please refer to the following return policy.

Return policy:

    1．お客様のご都合による返品・交換につきまして

    お客様のご都合による返品・交換は一切お受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。商品のご購入の際には、商品の色、サイズ、価格、詳細をよくご確認のうえ、ご注文いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

     1) Return and exchange policy

    Unfortunately, we do not accept any product returns and exchanges unless the product is defective. Please make sure to confirm the size, price and color when placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

    2．商品不良等の理由による交換

    商品の品質、配送には万全を期しておりますが、万が一「商品不良」「数量違い」「誤配送」などがあった場合は、お取り替えさせていただきます。その際の送料・手数料ともにこちらの負担にて商品をお取り替えいたしますので、必ず商品到着後、7日以内に＜CONTACT＞より、下記内容をご記載の上ご連絡ください。

    ・ご注文番号

    ・ご注文商品名/カラー/サイズ/数量

    ・不備内容

     

    ※商品不良があった場合もご返品・ご返金はいたしかねます。新しい商品とお取り換え交換にてご対応させていただいておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

     

    ※お届けからご連絡までに時間が経過してしまった場合、交換を承れなくなる場合もございます。完売等により在庫がない場合は、返品対応とさせていただきます。誠に恐れ入りますが、お早めにご連絡をいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

     

    2. Exchanges due to product defects etc.

    In the event that there is a defective product, incorrect quantity, or an error in the delivery, please contact us via <CONTACT> with the following information within 7 days after receiving the order, for a product replacement.
    ・Order number
    ・Product name/color/size/quantity
    ・Description of product deficiency

    *Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds even if the product is defective. Please note that we will be happy to exchange your item for a new product.

    *If the item is sold out / our of stock, we may not be able to accept exchanges and will accept returns. We apologize for any inconveniences and kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

     

    3．ご注文内容変更について

    ご注文確定後のご注文内容の変更(決済方法・サイズ・カラー)、追加注文、お届け先住所変更、別注文との同梱手続きはお受けできませんので、よくご確認のうえ、ご注文いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

    3 Order changes

    Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes (payment method, size, color), additional items, changes to the delivery address, or procedures for bundling with other orders, so please check carefully before placing your order. Thank you very much.

      Note・注意事項:

      返品の際の輸送中に生じた商品の破損または紛失について、当社は責任を負いかねます。そのため、補償のある追跡可能なメール便をお勧めします。当社が実際に返品された商品を受け取る、もしくは返品配達の証明がない場合、払い戻しを行うことはできません。

      We cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of products that may occur during transport when returning items. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable mail service with compensation. If we do not receive the returned item or there is no proof of return delivery, we cannot proceed with the refund.
